Das auf den philippinischen grassierende afrikanische Schweinefieber hat jetzt auch die Stadt Tacloban erreicht. Als Maßnahmen werden Schweine gekeult und es dürfen dort für drei Monate keine Tiere und Fleisch eingeführt werden.
