Weil die Krankenhäuser in Metro Manila wegen der Corona - Pandemie überlastet sind, haben die Eastern Visayas neben 11 Krankenschwestern auch 101 Blutkonserven nach Manila geschickt. Blut wird zur Mangelware, weil das Blutspenden in Coronazeiten schwierig geworden ist.
