In der von Fluten heimgesuchten Stadt Marikina City konnten etwa 90 % der evakuierten Einwohner nach Hause. Jetzt befinden sich dort noch etwa 1000 Familien, deren Häuser zerstört worden sind und die deshalb noch keine Unterkunft haben. Die Aufräumarbeiten laufen.
